Why has my PayPal deposit not been credited to my PayPax wallet?

To transfer funds from your PayPal account to your PayPax account, it usually takes between 1 to 2 business days; weekends and holidays may affect the exact timing of when your money is deposited from PayPal to PayPax account. What are the causes and how to resolve them? 

There might be a number of reasons why your funds do not show in your PayPax wallet. We’ll go through the most common ones. 

Keep in mind that you can check if your PayPal deposit is credited to your PayPax account through the USD wallet section in your dashboard. 

⚠️ 48 hours has not passed after your payment

Since PayPal orders are processed manually on PayPax, it takes up to 48 hours to update your PayPax wallet balance once you have transferred the amount or paid the invoice.

You need to be patient and wait for your order to be confirmed. Keep in mind that holidays may affect the period.

⚠️ You have not sent the confirmation email

Once you have paid the invoice or sent the money, you will need to send a confirmation email. If you do not send the confirmation email, your funds will not be credited to your PayPax account.

The instructions and template is sent to your email address as soon as you set your order. If you cannot offer the required documents for any reason, you can ask PayPax support to refund your money.

⚠️ Your payment is on hold and not received in destination

If your payment in the destination PayPal account is on hold, it cannot be credited to your PayPax account. This is not up to PayPax and you need to follow up the transfer in the sender PayPal account.

After 48 hours refer to the sender's PayPal account and confirm the payment in the transaction receipt.
